What this warranty covers
  • Manufacturing defects under normal use (examples: hinge/spring failure, frame assembly/finish defects, lens coating defects not caused by wear).
  • Remedy: Lifetime replacement – one replacement per paid pair.
  • You’ll be prompted to select the defect reason and submit photos for documentation.
What’s not covered
  • Loss or theft
  • Accidental damage (sat on, stepped on, run over, heat warping, pet chewing, etc.)
  • Normal wear & tear (minor scratches/scuffs)
  • Counterfeit goods or purchases from unauthorized sellers
  • International orders (see “International & Canada” below)
  • Complimentary promo/bonus/free pairs

Head to our Contact Page with the following and we’ll take it from there:
  • A copy of your receipt (paper or digital)
  • Your shipping address
  • Photos for documentation (defect, front, inside arm showing style)
International orders are not covered under this warranty.
